The Café at The Old Chatham Country Store

The Old Chatham Country Store celebrated its re-opening in the spring of 2004 under the ownership of Chefs Brian Albert and Peter Trump. Brian and Peter are both graduates of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, and have extensive culinary experience. Peter has been chef-owner to restaurants in Bucks County PA and Los Angeles, and has catered to movies and video shoots in Hollywood. Brian has experience in restaurant kitchens and as a private chef.

Brian and Peter are proud to offer meals to take out or to eat in the store's café. Choose from Breakfast and Lunch Menus, Deli Items, Bakery Items, Daily Specials, Home-Made Desserts and Homemade OCCS Chips and Salsa Cruda, as featured in Dinnerwhere Magazine.

The Old Chatham Country Store carries Stonewall Kitchen specialty foods, Old Chatham Sheepherding Company cheese, Sarabeth Stirrings, Queen of Tarts Biscotti, Ithaca Fine Chocolates, Tazo Teas, Dean's Beans coffee and Berkshire Ice Cream.

You can even choose from an assortment of health and beauty items. We carry the following national publications: New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Financial Times, Times Union, New York Post, Daily News and USA Today. We also carry these local publications: Independent, Chatham Courier and Register-Star.

We are located between Albany and New York City in Columbia County, NY. We are open Tuesday ~ Sunday
Breakfast 7:00 a.m. ~ 11:00 a.m.
Hot Food & Grill 11:00 a.m. ~ 2:00 p.m.
Cold Sandwiches & Salads until 3:00 p.m.
Store closes at 4:00 p.m.
Dinner is served on Friday & Saturday from 5:00-9:00 p.m.
From July 8th~August 26th we have added Thursday from 5:00~9:00p.m.
